That line Woody says in the 2nd panel is actually a quote from a Bob Dylan song. A friend of mine once told me that it was a reference to The Weather Underground, a bomb-slinging offshoot of the SDS. But when I read this book about The Weather Underground, it said that they actually took their name from the Dylan song. He inspired them.

That crazy Bob.
