Monday July 4, 2022the police had checked a “remarkable” vehicle, with several protruding parts, and a cracked windshield, which was rolling Avenue de la Croix-Blanche in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (Essone).
The individual is well known to the police
The driver, a 30-year-old man, repeatedly convicted for concealment of theft, violence and driving without a license, and followed by the Spip (prison integration and probation service), had then been tested positive for cannabis and had confessed to consuming five joints a day since he was 16.
Also subject to a judicial cancellation of driving licensethe individual had also not insured his vehicle.
For these facts, the correctional court of Évry-Courcouronnes (Essonne) sentenced him, Wednesday July 6, 2022, to a sentence of 6 months imprisonment with warrant of committalof which 2 months firm, as well as €500 fine for lack of insurance.
